Fight with Police Caught on Dashcam

The man in the above video who tried escaping and scuffled with police is now charged with battery on a police officer. Check out the big band aid he received at Albuquerque's Metropolitan Detention Center:



Jose Herrera was also wanted on a felony warrant for armed robbery according to New Mexico State Police.
